I am a yoga teacher based in Sudbury, Suffolk, UK and online.
I’m so excited you’re here! I’d love to tell you about my yoga classes. Yoga has brought me so much joy, peace and acceptance. I want to share this passion with you so you can experience the benefits yoga as well. I love to bring together the community here in Sudbury, Suffolk to celebrate the joy of yoga. I offer accessible classes to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. It is my mission to make yoga available for everyone. I love food, travel, nature and animals and I find inspiration from these and incorporate them into my yoga classes.

New to Yoga
It doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes, it’s what you learn in trying! Yoga is a great practise for both your body and mind.
My classes are small, inclusive, fun and playful with a focus on relaxation in a peaceful environment.
For your first class wear some comfy clothes, and bring a warm jumper, and some socks for the relaxation phase.

Get to Know Me
I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher in Sudbury, Suffolk. Yoga is my passion, and I am so grateful to be able to share and teach this practice which has changed my life.
I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years. My first introduction to yoga was a Vinyasa class and I had no idea what I was doing. I had always been very active, going to the gym most days and long bike rides at the weekends but my long commute to work each day and heavy work schedule took their toll on my body and mental wellbeing. Plus raising 2 kids on my own and working full time in a very demanding job made it tougher. I needed to change my lifestyle. Yoga had always helped me deal with life’s ups and downs and I could see the benefits it brought in helping me to keep strong, keep my body supple and manage my stress levels.
I wanted to share my love of yoga and show how it could benefit others. My practice has evolved over the years and although I am a teacher, I am also a student, continually learning and growing. I love to share this knowledge with my students to help them connect better with their mind and body and have a set of tools in their armoury to keep them strong, build resilience, and acceptance, and it is also a way to calm the chatter and bring stillness to the mind.
I give 10% of my profits to Mind Charity as it's a cause close to my heart. They give support and give advice to support people with their Mental Health.
Where to find your Yoga Class
You can find my yoga classes in Gt. Cornard, and Long Melford, Sudbury, Suffolk.
I teach a gentle yoga for physical and mental stress relief on Tuesday evenings which is a perfect way to relax and unwind after a busy day.
On Fridays I teach chair-based yoga which is suitable for anyone who struggles with getting down or up off the floor but still wants to do exercise and mindfulness to improve their mobility and wellbeing.
I also offer 1-2-1 personal yoga classes at my home and this is perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics, or anyone who wants a more bespoke yoga class for their needs.
